Unfortunately after receiving many complaints from customers about getting injured from collisions, our insurance company told us to remove the electric carts. To accommodate our customers we replaced the electric carts with manual carts that can be pushed by a companion or one of our associates. Used to love you, will never come again. You no longer care about handicap nor disabled people. You removed the electric carts that many people including my mother with her broken back need to get around your store. You lost 3 life long customers. 30 years down the drain.
