I recommend this place who needs any kind of work done on their car! I was previously going to a place that was ripping me off but got recommended Penn Diagnostics when I needed electrical work done. Safe to say they have a customer for life! The technicians and owner have been nothing but kind, polite, and honest about the work that they do. This place is a joke! Took my car to get an inspection! And was told before they even looked at the car that it wouldn’t pass because of the tints! Mind you I bought the car from the dealership 27k miles with the tints and had no issue! Not to mention tints are not part of the inspection guild line and my tints are fine had them tested by a police friend
