I went to their Bryn Mawr practice for many, many years. The Berwyn practice is a major disappointment. I had a root canal procedure. It required several visits. It was very difficult to schedule. I ultimately found out that the endodontist is only in the office on alternate Wednesdays. I had a tooth extracted. After several days, I was experiencing major discomfort. New location, same terrible service. My dentist has been requesting x-rays for months and this poorly run, badly managed dentist is basically non-responsive. To say nothing of the $6.50 fee for my dentist to get my information. Don't go here. They're a dreadful bunch of self important dolts who don't care about their customers.
