I received the state-wide e-bike rebate (brag). I came into Freewheel with basically no what I wanted and needed my hand-held through everything. The staff were all so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, especially John! 10/10 customer service all around!
I bring my bikes here for bike repair. They do a great job, good turn around time and not over priced.
The person we talked to at the store spent a few minutes with us looking at sports nutrition and helping us understand some of the science and ingredients. It was very helpful!
