I feel very comfortable bringing my bike to Freewheel Richfield for maintenance. The staff is attentive, courteous and knowledgeable and listen to understand what issues I'm having. I feel having regular bike maintenance done there will ensure my bike is in good condition and ready for enjoyable bike rides.
Always friendly, knowledgeable staff, and quick with repairs and tuneups. Only place we take our bikes.
Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable
I received the state-wide e-bike rebate (brag). I came into Freewheel with basically no idea what I wanted and needed my hand-held through everything. The staff were all so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, especially John! 10/10 customer service all around!
The problem with this bike shop is two-fold. First, they primarily sell Trek, which has massive quality issues these days. Second, they no longer either know or care how to properly assemble and set up a bike. I have had no end of issues with my bike since I got it, and due to trust issues with this location, I have been taking it to a different shop, where I constantly hear "wow, I've never seen that before."
