Had to google the number that keeps calling me that comes up 'Possible spam' & found out it was Penn credit. These debt people keep calling me over and over for a family member that I DO NOT speak to and have not spoke too in years and they are leaving me countless voicemails about trying to reach said family member..... What do they do? Bacially look up people online that are related to the person that has a debt and bombard them with calls to try to reach the person with said debt? So scummy and aggressive. They sent me what looked like a scam text. So I cross referenced the phone number and called directly. The woman I spoke to tried to bully me with incomplete and incorrect information. When I attempted to find out what this is all about (it ended up being headlight ticket from 15 years ago) She tried to treat me like I was an absolute moron and strong arm me. This company is despicable.
Unprofessional, rude, impatient. The staff at this place clearly give me the feeling that their lives are full of high pressure, I totally don't understand where their resentment comes from when they treat customers, even if you talk to them politely they will be aggressive and impatient. I would love to leave them a 0 star review if I can.
Just texted me out the blue with a bogus hyperlink. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
