A bunch of no good people, first time i cleared my sunpass debt i got refused to have my account back, so every time i go on the highway, they immediately get all the toll money and goes to collections immediately. Mind you, the second time i called they refused my money despite me begging on the phone to pay them. 100% sunpass and penn credit will be hearing from my lawyers soon.
Esta gente SON UNOS LADRONES!!!! Tenía una deuda de casi $2000 la cual realice un plan de pago lo cual cada 2 semanas rigurosamente como buena ciudadana asumiendo mi deuda pagaba $297.12 mi último pago por esa cantidad fue el día 06/05/2026 y ya lo que restaba eran $150 y algo, lo cual llame para realizar este último pago hoy día 06/16/2026 y resulta que me salieron con el cuento de que la deuda había aumentado el día 06/01/2026, 1.- porque entonces la Sra que me atendió el día viernes 06/05/2026 no me comentó eso? I was CALLING TO PAY OFF a debt. The guy was so RUDE, I disconnected the call and continued with my day. Penn Credit is handicapping itself with terrible representatives.
