Legit but the callers need serious phone training. Immediately starting off defensive and hanging up if you try to ask questions to verify their legitimacy before giving away personal information seems unprofessional
I called several times this morning, the system did not recognize my address, I kept saying representative. I finally get a RUDE representative & after having her clarify what she needed from me, she transferred me to TINA GROVE. TINA GROVE SHOULD NOT BE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLL!!!
