If you would like ZERO communication, this is your place. The other reviews regarding this don’t lie. I’m sure I’ll get the same trash and scripted rhetoric response. I was told 5 weeks ago I would have an estimate (after the site visit) in 2 weeks. I was assured, after multiple calls, I would have it the third week. Nothing. I even emailed Dan (owner) and no response. I’m now delayed and have to get another contractor. we highly recommend Penn Construction & Design for your next project!! they just completed our first floor renovation converting 3 small rooms into 1 large open flow layout. they were incredible to work with and did a phenomenal job! staff and crew were all professional, tidy and very responsive. five stars for sure!! diane and rick petrucci
