I have been doing business with the Newtown branch and have always 100% of the time had a positive experience. In particilar, Alicia and Susan are professional, courteous, efficient and very customer-service oriented. Marco, you run a great branch. Every tranaction is a pleasant, positive experience.
I absolutely LOVE these people, and this bank. Always have, but wanted to share my latest amazing experience. We're in the middle of the COVID thing, right, and I needed to open an account and handle a few other logistics. I wasn't sure how that would work because you cannot go into the bank physically right now, but because things are a little slower, I actually had the time to work on them.
