What terrific people Penn community Bank employees always are! Today was a horrible snow day and I had about 10 minutes to make it to the bank. Normally Penn Community Bank would have gotten a five out of 5they are generally a great Bank! That being said the computer techy people who totally dropped the ball today did not have the computer system up and running 100% of the time like it needs to be and now even though I transferred money over I am not able to access it and probably won't be able to since tomorrow is a holiday this is absolutely unacceptable computer people who run the computer bank system whose lives depend on money do not get a day off you need to ... read more
