Best home town bank around!
I have been a part of this bank for a little over twenty years and was never disrespected except for a couple weeks ago by one of the employees at my branch…please improve this as it should never happen to any customer that you’re getting paid to help. Update from my previous review…PLEASE GET RID OF THE PREMIUM OVERDRAWN USAGE FEES, THEY DO NOT HELP…..Whether you’re overdrawn or not, if you have the Overdrawn Protection…..they LOVE SUCKING MONEY OUT FROM UNDERNEATH YOU THAT YOU DON’T HAVE. They will put a hold on your card for every purchase. They are not worth having as a bank and should be shut down.
My opinion of this bank dramatically changed in the positive within a few minutes of my sitting down in Cameron Wolf's office; he's a "relationship banker" that truly cares about customers and does not waste their time, and he made me feel so much better after years of sporadically dealing with the same issue.
