The Staff at this location really was a pleasure to work with. Our unit lost a belt while in transit. I called ahead and the service staff took my VIN and checked inventory for parts, confirmed they had all they needed. Driver arrived at shop and was promptly repaired and on his way in under an hour...Thank you Penn Power Rochester

if i could give 0 stars i would first of all drivers beware to not to go after hours and get reefer units service, pm because you will get the police called on you by management without notice ok my company called and spoke to service department to see about getting my reefer check out they said yes we can do it the tech that does road calls will be in ok i drove 2 hours to their rochester location when i arrived no one was in site so i said i am tired so i will lay down until the tech comes back i thought maybe he’s out on ... read more
