We called for service for the reefer trailer marker lights to be fixed. We understood it was an after hours call as we had used their service before. That was around 2:30pm. Dispatch stated they would reach out to the technician for him to come out. Richard the tech reached out to the driver around 7pm to inform him he had been with his family and did not have his work phone with him. The driver stated that was understood and we needed service.
