We lived with Penn Circle for a little less than 2 years and we absolutely loved our time here. Missy has been so consistent with being so attentive on managing the property. She helped us tremendously in getting the unit on time. I love how welcoming and inclusive the community is. Maintainence requests are always being done in a day. Amenities are great. Missy and the entire staff are the best and they're always happy to help with whatever you may need. I lived in this apartment for 2.5 years and never had any issues. The community is nice and peaceful, with lots of shops and restaurants within a quick walk or drive.
I lived here 9 months. Best experience ever! Missy was able to complete my application & give me the keys to my new apt within a few hours! Building always clean, no trash lying around, incredible maintenance staff & we always felt safe! Thank you Missy & Jazmine for high quality & prompt service & always making us feel like part of the family! You can’t go wrong renting here! No problems at all!
I lived at Penn Circle for 24 months due to being displaced by a fire. From the very start, I felt very comfortable and welcome. The apartment was bright and clean, and there was never a moment where I felt unsafe. The maintenance team is great! I would put in a request, and if they came while I was at work, the only way you could tell was if the issue was fixed. No dirt or mess or anything left behind! I lived in this apartment for 13 months and had a fantastic experience throughout my time there. The space itself was open, bright, and comfortable. The location was one of my favorite parts. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby, which made errands quick and convenient.
