If there was an option for a zero rating, that would be my choice. I called them 4 times over a space of 3 weeks and got zero response. Call 1 was my request, a broken door. Call 2 was a follow up and I was told "Oh, he didn't call you back, I'll remind him". Call 3, "Oh, you're not on the list, I'll put you on and call you tomorrow." Call 4, no answer, left a message.
