If there was an option for a zero rating, that would be my choice. I called them 4 times over a space of 3 weeks and got zero response. Call 1 was my request, a broken door. Call 2 was a follow up and I was told "Oh, he didn't call you back, I'll remind him". Call 3, "Oh, you're not on the list, I'll put you on and call you tomorrow." Call 4, no answer, left a message. Nothing but crickets.

We called Monday morning and our problem was resolved by Monday afternoon. Jacob was very knowledgeable and efficient. What a pleasant young man! We highly recommend Penn Central Door and its qualified technicians!
Called "Teddy" for a price on a 20 x 14 commercial door. He came out, nice guy, took pictures, measurements and said he'd call me the next day, and email me the prices on the options we talked about. Did not hear from him, I called him 2 days later, he apologized said he'd call Friday...he called friday, said he'd call Monday, 1st thing. It's now Friday AGAIN....and NOTHING!! Don't trust this guy, all promises and NO FOLLOW THRU!
