I love going there it's the only beauty outlet Store I go to they will fine what you need if you can't find it and they are just good people you can't take your frustration out on them because someone outside made you mad it's not bam it's the people outside of their business that's all I can say about that part but stuff like that is everywhere everyone have a good day I will continue to shop there as long as they continue to be there. Always have what we need
Everything in Baltimore City was closed on a Sunday. Penn Beauty was open for business until 4pm. The store was clean and well stocked. Prices was affordable!!!
I like them better than the one next door , they are always so kind . It’s a lot to deal with down in that area so I commend them for being patient . I’ve never had any issues .
