Dr. Penn was professional and generous with her time in working to solve a problem with my hearing aids. She offered her help without an appointment and on very short notice. She is personable, follows up and answers questions promptly. I was very impressed and will certainly recommend her to friends. 5 Stars!
Dr. Penn was wonderful. She took the time to assure that I fully understood what was occurring with my hearing and followed-up with my physician on my behalf. Kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
