I had an crown come off and called the office and they were able to see me and reattach it the same day.
Got my wisdom tooth filling repaired. Excellent work, very happy with the result. My retainers still fit perfectly.
When you call it tells you to book an appointment online. You do that and then you get multiple texts confirming your appointment. Then they call the DAY before your appointment to tell you that you don’t have an appointment and that the online portal doesn’t work. So they know it doesn’t work but continue to let people use it and then they wait until the day before the appointment to tell you. Blaming a failed system you implemented with no follow up is just poor customer service.
Very caring dentist and staff. Highly recommend!
My husband took our toddler here for the first time. He said the hygienist and dentist were both great with her!
