Great experience from scheduling to service. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. Definitely earned my trust.
I got a call at 5:05pm on 7/14 informing me that they had to reschedule because their staff was unavailable to carry out the work. Yesterday evening, I spoke with the manager and mentioned that I had scheduled this appointment around 2 weeks in advance to avoid problems with no-shows or uncompleted work. He concurred and dispatched someone this morning to complete the task at 7am. With a young kid and visitors present, not exactly.
Everything about their service impressed me. From the diagnostic process to the repair, they were thorough and informative. I learned so much about my system.
