Sometimes Trane technician takes a hat of a forensic detective. you have a dead body (in my case dead of screens of both thermostats) and need to find all evidence to resolve the case. Dylan did exactly that. In professional manner he excluded all other cases and focused on a single fault, which actually was not the system itself but a faulty breaker, which randomly was tipping off. Thanks to Dylan Penland has one more happy customer.
