Penland Heating & Air Conditioner is to me the best for everything that you need help with fixing anything you need and when you need to get HVAC.Thank you Penland for being there, wherever,we need you.
I was without heat from my gas-pack for several days when I called. The technician was scheduled for the next day. Dylan came right on time and had the problem diagnosed promptly. The part needed will be ordered next week with installation as soon as it comes in. Dylan explained how my unit worked and why it was not working correctly. Penland also has a yearly contract to come two times a year and check the unit for problems, which I am going to sign up for. I feel much better knowing that I am in good hands.
