We have a 20 year old Traine heat pump, still working well beyond the 15 year average life of these units. When we switched to air conditioning this spring our air handler would not come on. The Penlabd tech Dylan arrived as scheduled, was helpful, diagnosed the problem as a faulty relay, found and ordered the part and had us running a couple of days later.
Dylan was very polite and professional and had great communication and follow-up!
