We filed a claim with our home warranty and the service call was referred to Peninsular Plumbing. The tech didn't fix anything and wrote us a large estimate. I've since repaired the most expensive thing at zero cost, and I expect I'll be able to do the same with the other issue. Fortunately, I am technically savvy enough to not waste the thousands of dollars on the estimated repairs. I pity the customers who don't know any better.
