I purchased a 2008 Sprinter from a previous owner who used PTR and included 6 years of service logs with the last year from PTR. Excellent service ! They work on my truck and they did a great job, they really fix my issue with the right diagnostic and repair . Others shops in the area didn’t fix my truck issues only bad diagnostics and poor repairs .
I brought my Fuso truck here today for some needed service and they were very easy to work with, they scheduled my service very easily with no hassle and no wasted time. Ever since FUSO in San Jose closed it has been a pain to get service done, always having to go to Hayward or San Francisco. I am glad that FUSO now has this authorized dealer on the peninsula which makes it much easier to get to. They did the job quickly and the price was fair. I will be back anytime I need it, Thank you.
I hired them to replace a diesel engine in a truck. They didn't program the injectors or anything else. Brought it back to them saying something wasn't running right and they gave me no the engine just needs to break in so I took it to D-Max up in Sac and they gave evidence they never did any of the programming that is required.
