They were supposed to ship our tiles. They didn’t show up on the designated time. Told us they were moving the delivery to the next business day, but an hour later the truck showed up. Without our consent delivered the tile to our neighbors. The delivery guy came in a truck unequipped to move the tiles. Borrowed neighbors wheelbarrow to move the tiles after removing them from palettes. In this process he tried opening our garage door by force and jammed it, we can’t lock it anymore. They don’t deserve a single star.
