I purchased a second hand car here from interstate. Every thing went smoothly and the customer service I received was excellent. My point of contact was Jake, and from the very first contact, he was exceptional. He provided great communication, was comfortable to talk to and accommodating. My dad paid for an inspection and an oil change only, can't be that hard, right? Staff were instructed to use the supplied oil. It was even written on the job sheet "Technician" didn't use the supplied oil, instead used their own oil, and it was the incorrect viscosity. It's a TOYOTA CAR, and TOYOTA specify 5W30, not 15W40.
