We have purchased and/or sold 4 houses in 2 states in the last 2 years and Peninsula Title in Sturgeon Bay is by far the most difficult title company to deal with that we have ever encountered. It seemed like they did everything they could to delay our closing. Because we were doing a remote closing they told us it would take 7 days to complete the closing which of course was an outright lie. The truth is would take 3 days. The person in charge of our closing almost never answered her phone and was a total pain to deal with.... read more
