Unfortunately, my experience with this strata corporation has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Communication is poor, with delayed or vague responses to important issues that directly affect residents.
I worked with Nupur while serving on council for a term. All I can say is she is diligent, approachable and available. She always has the answers to council's questions regarding financials, procedures, contractors, helps us find solutions, and she doesn't drop the ball. If there is something she doesn't know, she will go find the answer and give you the receipts. I admire that level of honesty and modesty. If she is managing your building, you are in good hands.
Nupur’s communication style is unprofessional and sloppy. I've received multiple emails with typos, grammatical errors, and a general tone that screams 'we don't care about details.' It's clear they don't prioritize proofreading or quality control. I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service they're providing. Not impressed with the lack of attention to detail.
My family has just moved into Fleetwood Village Building 1. Thank you Nupur for doing such a great job of helping our strata set everything up for this new building to run smoothly.
