This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL STRATA MANAGEMENT COMPANY !!! Worst management company I ever dealt with . It is so hard to get a hold of anyone . They never answer the phone or emails . The operator and the Strata manager never answer the phone . The 24hr emergency line does not work . I HAVE A ROOF LEAK IT IS NOT AN URGENCY SITUATION??? Managers have no idea about the S.P.A. Will brush aside any complaint, will not manage anything, and generally are unprofessional. Also the way the company is responding to poor reviews says a lot...
The support and immediate responses from this company is way better than any strata management I've had in the past. Huge compliments to Mandeep who's been with the company for years and continuously to help our family with navigating invoices during tax and mortgage time.
Service providers beware. Absolutely dismal payment system. no communication amongst each other had to wait over a month for a $300 payment
Takes forever to get a response after sending a concern (actually they never response after sending 4 emails throughout the past 6 months). Extremely disappointed with this company as it feels like we’re paying strata and are getting nothing.
