Takes forever to get a response after sending a concern (actually they never response after sending 4 emails throughout the past 6 months). Extremely disappointed with this company as it feels like we’re paying strata and are getting nothing.
Zohaib Siddique has been an exceptional strata manager for our building. He is responsive, professional, and proactive in addressing concerns. Communication is always clear and timely, and he goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
It's been a pleasure working with this company for snow removal. I appreciate Scott Ponuick for his professionalism and attentiveness.
