Amazing selection and even better customer service! Every single time we have been to this location has been a pleasure. Monica is so helpful and kind and really knows her stuff. She really takes the time to get to know the scouts and is super friendly (and funny!). Alex was a big help today as well. Thank you so much for having an in-person store and for the incredible customer service. 5-stars all the way around!!

We had a great experience at the Scout Shop this morning. The manager, Monica, is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We didn’t know what size shirt would be best and she brought out all of the options, explaining general preferences for youth versus adult sizes. She also didn’t hesitate to sew on patches for us, when they weren’t available pre-sewn, managing our expectations about how long it would take. The shop is beautifully organized; just as you would hope a scout shop would be. Five stars well earned.
Monica stayed open late for me so that my Scout could be ready for his recruitment event!!! She's the best!
