We had a great experience at the Scout Shop this morning. The manager, Monica, is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We didn’t know what size shirt would be best and she brought out all of the options, explaining general preferences for youth versus adult sizes. She also didn’t hesitate to sew on patches for us, when they weren’t available pre-sewn, managing our expectations about how long it would take. The shop is beautifully organized; just as you would hope a scout shop would be. Five stars well earned.
Monica stayed open late for me so that my Scout could be ready for his recruitment event!!! She's the best!
The store is well stocked and Monika the manager is amazing. She knows everything! And all the patches are already sowed on.
Monica is the sweetest and so helpful! Ask for her when you visit, won’t be disappointed.
