Tim installed a new roof in 2012 with Certainteed shingles. I contacted him to get it replaced in February 2024 due to mold on the sheet rock from leaks. He determined to file a claim with Certainteed for shingle failure. He started the process and we had a plan to get it re-roofed last summer. He stopped answering calls and emails after 3 months. My roof is still tarped and needing a roofer to pursue the warranty and install a new roof.
I bought a house with a roof under warranty from Peninsula.. I've called 4 times and sent email and got no response from them. The roof has multiple problems including leaks and allowing bats into the attic at multiple locations.
