I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office. I came in seeking help for a legitimate medical concern, and instead of being listened to or taken seriously, I felt completely dismissed. The provider seemed uninterested in understanding my symptoms and offered little to no meaningful assistance. If you could give zero stars I would. On a Friday evening in an emergency department you have two doctors with 20 plus patients waiting. Zero accountability zero check in on patient. 3.5 hrs.. no doctor. Go somewhere else. This is possibly the worst hospital

Update Thank you for the owner reaching out. I went to your location in berlin because I was so sick still. I didn't feel comfortable going back to salisbury location. I have a kidney infection and was treated much better at the berlin location. Your doctor and nurse was phenomenal there.

If I could give this place zero Stars I absolutely would. They're slow. They don't know what they're doing. They put people in the waiting room. They're having chest pains. They are ridiculous. 4-Hour wait time

Ima be so honest yall suck. Im saying this while sitting in this building. I have been here for 4 hours yet to be seen or even talked too im here for really bad neck and back pains then yall just leaving sick patients in the hallway this whole building needs to be shut down
