Sent me a $500 bill TWO YEARS AFTER the date of service. I requested an itemized bill over and over and they refuse to show me. I already paid for this service back when I got it! Watch them send me to collections anyway.
They need a selection for zero stars. So they texted me a link today saying this was my final courtesy notification. I clicked the link and then they want me to verify my identity with personal information. They appear to be a scam but just have no idea how to do medical billing. I did not enter my personal information.
How can you pay your bill when the phone number hangs up after you enter your account number and the website won't accept the account number? I have been trying for weeks to pay my bill. Even small town services have this figured out. Do better.
They made paying my bill a nightmare. I owed just over $22. The website to pay wouldn't take the information they sent me and the lady would not email me the info to make sure I had it right. If get an x-ray from riverside you have to deal them.
The company has billing issues which cause the patient to think the bill is a scam. It cost me 2 hours of work. Medical billing always includes date of service, amount insurance paid and then amount patient owes. My bill only stated send final amount to a PO Box in Newport News and make out check to Account Management Co. That sounds like a scam. The medical provider needs to improve their system. Suggest hiring a new contractor who does medical billing.
