Just one of many tagalong medical " providers " that get to charge large fees on top of your already ridiculously high medical bills for simply signing off on a medical report. While I don't believe in government provided Healthcare, because it is no where near free or even cheap, corporate medicine should be abolished. There is no need for so many people to have a hand in your pockets for doing little or nothing.

why is the office closed due to Covid? And now you are forced to call their customer support. Still on the phone with their customer waiting for a human to answer.

Unbelievable. Never sent me a bill, sent a collector after me. Collector is claiming 280$ and the actual practice said it's only 60$. Avoid.

I get a phone call from collections the other day telling me I owe them due to an outstanding medical bill. Today I get said medical bill. It is October and the statement date on this "Final Notice" bill is in JULY. I call them up and ask what the deal is. They tell me I haven't been sent to collections and I can pay the bill. I call collections back and verify that this is the correct bill. So, not only did they send the bill after it was way past due, they also lied to me about sending me to collections.

See Lange's review. My experience is the exact same. They have no working number to call to ask questions. I was billed incorrectly after an ER visit and NEVER received any bill from them until a collection agency contacted me telling me I owe them hundreds of dollars. PRA never submitted any claims to my insurance or to me. I'm starting to think this company isn't real and they're just scammers. Beware!
