Saw Letitia this morning - Having problem with old orthotic from different ( now closed ) vendor. My Doctor suggested I get new orthotic. Letitia was able to make slight modification to old device - both feet. This worked and saved me expense of getting new orthotics. This corrected the problem Very pleased with results and significant cost savings Highly recommend Applied Orthotics/Prosthetics.
I am not an amputee but I wanted to speak to the level of care Jon gave to me for an AFO (ankle foot orthotic) which I must wear everyday due to a severe drop foot from nerve damage. I receive a new custom molded AFO every year from my medical plan and the last couple of years it just hasn't been quite right. It would be comfortable with some shoes but not with others, and none of the techs could quite figure it out. This review is difficult to write for words alone cannot explain how great this place is, so I will just start with, that out of five stars, they deserve at least six or seven. The first contact with Jon was a phone call and from this, I could hear his honesty, passion and knowledge.
