I am not an amputee but I wanted to speak to the level of care Jon gave to me for an AFO (ankle foot orthotic) which I must wear everyday due to a severe drop foot from nerve damage. I receive a new custom molded AFO every year from my medical plan and the last couple of years it just hasn't been quite right. This review is difficult to write for words alone cannot explain how great this place is, so I will just start with, that out of five stars, they deserve at least six or seven. The first contact with Jon was a phone call and from this, I could hear his honesty, passion and knowledge. I was referred to Jon through my surgeon. Jon has been such a huge support during my journey. He was there from the beginning with my struggles. He took it slow and easy as I seemed to have the incredible shrinking stump! Without his support, i am not sure where I would be right now. I feel more like he is a family member!
