Time to update your facilities rooms. Carpet hanging off, old furniture, tiny tv with no Foxtel. Nurses are great but some comfort would be nice. Cleaner didn’t even vacuum after days of being there. Really looks grubby.
This is an outstanding hospital with excellent patient communication, companionate care, best nurses, doctors and staff, bar none. When you need critical care there is no better place. Everything is excellent from the time you enter until you leave, no stone is left unturned to make sure you feel comfortable. What a wonderful bunch of people caring for everyone in when they need someone to help them recover. A big shout out to everyone - keep doing what you are doing- you’re amazing.
Janelle at Reception for the Cardiac Day Procedures unit is a star - super friendly, bubbly and helpful.
Been peninsula private hospital many times for myself and my son.. The Ed for sure is bad experience personally but overall i did also have a good positive experience in other department.. The treatment overall was satisfactory i satisfy with the treatment either medical or maternity for my delivery first child. I did deliver my first child in this hospital all my prenatal and postnatal treatment in private with Doctor Deepti. I did most of my medical check up blood test in there.. I would provide less than one star if it were possible. We live in Mt Eliza and my honest observations are based on my wifes current experience. In hindsight our opinion would be to drive on and head towards the city for what we would consider proper care, or perhaps even attend the public hospital. My wife has been in here for about three days and she is terribly ill having become more sick since attending. The nursing staff has been great.
