Great staff and great doctors. Very helpful and listened really welk.
I couldn't fault the nursing care and, despite always hearing how terrible the food is in hospital, it was really very good. Everything from the online pre admission to discharge over to rehab was streamlined and efficient. Nurses are run off their feet but always pleasant and responsive. Thank you PPH.
Stay away, This has been an awful experience from the emergency department. I was met with some very confrontational staff at reception, I felt they only wanted my $455 and had no empathy at all, this massively increased my stress. This was my return visit after massive complications from my previous visit. My health situation has not been helped coming here. Stick with the Public Hospital if possible, the standards are far better.
If I could give 100 stars I would. The care I received from the time I walked through until the end was amazing. A special thanks to Tee who was very understanding and supportive in my most desperate moments.
So far, there has been no reply to resolve this matter on your part. And now we have received another final demand letter threatening me with a debt-collecting demand.
