I’d say overall bad people, just my opinion though! The other people talking about bullying online is definitely true. I’m sure there’s somebody else that can do your pool service that deserves your money more!
I am deeply disappointed with my experience. The owner, Ginger, has shown a shocking lack of professionalism. She began harassing myself and my family completely unprovoked. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the company's reputation. I cannot recommend a business owner with anger issues and an extreme lack of judgement that decides to lash out and say cruel things to strangers. I urge others to consider this before choosing them for their pool service needs.
Ginger Risher is horrible. She called me boomer, private messaged me on Facebook making fun of my son that just passed away. I had to block her so she would stop. She's mean & doesn't deserve your business.
Being an online bully is a bad look for a business owner. Ginger needs help. Lashing out at others for no reason is a reflection on her customer service. Find another place.
I would say that Matt and his crew , do great work!! Great people!
