Dr. Mason and her staff provided excellent service, compassion, and care not only of our dog that was euthanized due to a previously unknown condition, but to my husband and me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their business here on the Olympic Peninsula.
Dr. Mason and Nick were so kind during our emergency. They were professional, compassionate, and supportive. Our sweet girl, Gertie Lou, couldn't be saved but they helped us make sure she didn't suffer long. They got us right in when we called in a panic and remained calm. They have a brutal job delivering news sometimes but they did it with grace. I hope to never need them again, but if so, they'd be my first choice. I'm so grateful they are here.
Just an absolutely wonderful pet emergency we were so lucky to have close to home! I was so anxious and the way the staff spoke to me so thoroughly and thoughtfully made me feel more at ease. I took my kitty in for a gash on her tail and Dr Amanda Mason cleaned her up super well and took lovely care of my kitty even sending us home with all the proper medications and very detailed instructions. Definitely recommend this place if you have a pet emergency.
