Our last few visits have always resulted in a rushed visit with extensive waiting (20-30 minutes) for the doctor during the appointment window. This most recent time, they were supposed to apply a fluoride varnish based on doctor's orders but they forgot. If you can't keep up, see less patients to prioritize patient experience and comprehensiveness of care. Time to find another provider.
Left a message a few months ago about an appointment and never got a call back.

We’re lucky to find this clinic! Dr. Yang has been extraordinary. She’s thorough, efficient, very patient, and amazingly responsive with our questions. It’s worth calling out that the communication has been super clear and informative. Dr. Yang is very good at explaining complex concepts in simple yet accurate language. I wish I were as good in communicating on my job. We’ve met other folks at the clinic too and they are all fantastic.
