While the pediatricians are great, the place consistently makes you wait for 45+ minutes before the Dr. shows up. Although they will call you to ensure you’re not 1 minute late. In summary, the patients time is absolutely not respected (sample size > 10)
This review is not a reflection of our doctors who have been excellent. This is mainly for the reception desk that seems to constantly put you on hold. I’ve called thrice in the last week and been on hold for more than 5-10 mins and I find it unacceptable. Dr Tan is our primary care doctor, he’s got a calm and pleasing demeanor and we appreciate that he did not make the visit feel rushed and patiently heard out and answered our questions. The demeanor of the front staff is not professional, and they are clearly not happy. I am lucky to get a same day appt if my child is sick. Attempting to book an annual exam it booked out months. I plan to move to another practice who has better appointment availability, customer service. Carbon Health or One medical is on my list. Dr Baird was our child’s doctor, and her services are in no way reflected in this review. Her care when we could be seen was always pleasant.
