I was able to get an appointment the day after I contacted them. I did not have to wait long for them to see me. Everyone was polite and efficient. They explained every step they were going to do. Luc Allmon asked me a couple of questions. Did a couple of physical test and diagnosed the issue I was having and explained it and how to treat it. I was very pleased with the entire visit.
I was in a lot of pain when I came in. I don't like needles but Lic assured me that I wouldn't feel it and I didn't. I got great relief from the steroid shot.
Everyone was so nice from check-in to check-out.
I'm m very happy with the care I receive with POA. I'm also very pleased with the care & advice I get from Dr. Choy. He really seems to care for his patients.
