Terrible experience with Kia Parramatta and Peninsula Service Centre. They failed to service my Picanto properly, causing my AC resistor to fail, and then made me wait months while Peninsula charged me for unnecessary work without fixing the real issue. Completely incompetent and dishonest—avoid their service centres.
I went to Kia Motors to fix the light on my dashboard, they were able to help me. Excellent with fixing it, very pleased with the service. I would like to thank the Kia Kadina service team for solving my problem with my car. That's why I keep on coming back, when you deal with the best, you get the best service. Thank you very much.
Book well in advance, but we'll worth it, very nice friendly staff. Also put patient with very chatty old ladies.
