I recently ordered a Briggs and Stratton oil change kit. What arrived was another brand which is quite different and more fiddly to use. Today, I tried to use it but it just doesn’t work. When I rang to ask about it I was met with indifference. The guy who answered the phone sounded like he just wanted me to get rid of me.
Had all the parts I needed to fix an old mower, very reasonable prices and highly professional. Thanks guys.
