This office is not run well. There have now been multiple times where we scheduled a doctor's visit and they did not have the vaccines my son was supposed to get. Additionally, the front desk staff is very rude. They put you on hold for 10-15 min. Lastly, they did not vaccinate my son for something and didn't tell me. His school told me, I brought it to their attention and the office staff just flippantly said, well doctor's make mistakes. it's no big deal. Really difficult to call in and make an appointment. I'm usually on hold for 10-15 min which is difficult with a young child. The front desk staff either doesn't have the tools to work effectively, or they need to hire an office manager and get a new system. We love the doctors here, but the phone wait times to make an appointment are too much.
