The doctor spent the entire time looking at me blankly, then googling and "phoning a friend" for assistance on what advice to give. Then charged me for a long consult instead of standard... worst experience I've had.
Loving nurses and great service
Needing a care plan for 5 physiotherapy visits for fractures in thoracic spine and lower back only to be told that I have to make another appointment with the doctor and the nurse to get one. This is after 2 appointments for these problems. When I queried this was told that it's "THE PRACTICE POLICY ". I would call it double dipping into health care funds.
