I have suffered with an injured right knee for nearly 40yrs. My 1st appointment with physio Christina explained, in her opinion what she believes has happened. After my 1st visit I followed her instructions in warming up the knee joint( warm water in the show directed at the knee joint. Then pushing down on wrapped up towel. I felt the knee joint slowly responding.
