One of those rare places where medical receptionists are friendly and kind, staff are always very punctual for appointments, and seem to really care about their patients more than the average GP service, I will never leave this practice. I recommend this place to my friend based off these reasons, and they are just as happy as I am, for the same reasons! Thank you Peninsula Med staff - from receptionists, nurses, and doctors, and anyone else working here too!
If you’re ever in need of an appointment on the day you’re sick peninsula medical is not the doctors for you, I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment on the day at any of my previous doctors. Unfortunately will be needing to change.
Very money hungry place, joined last year September, and I’ve paid about $400 in fees at this place, you have ph consults, which is $19.50, then the doctor asks you to come in and see them, thinking, cos the doctor asked me come in, this visit will be free, oh no you have to pay another $19.50 for that visit. Dr Mohan was my GP and the 9 months I had been here, I’ve never even met the guy, Everytime I wanted an appointment to see him he was never available. Steer clear. I was wrongly diagnosed by this clinic, leading to a severe delay in treatment, causing years of battle and trauma. Recently I asked them to amend my medical certificate via email and multiple phone calls (I had been prescribed for the diagnosis but it hadnt been added to the certificate). It took them 2 weeks to appropriately respond but, I was told I needed to pay for another consult the following week. They care more about your momey than your health.
