Kudos to Peninsula Light Company meeting the challenge of power restoration for the Key Peninsula today! The range and complexity not to mention clearing up roads of debris was vast and swift given the mighty circumstances. A hearty thank you!
Since moving here in 2023 we have experienced a number of outages but Penlight has been on top of EVERY SINGLE outage. They do so well with updates on their Facebook with ETAs. Of all the places I’ve lived, (on move number 10 now) this is the best electric company we’ve seen as far as customer service and reliability goes!
I have never had a power company have so many power outages. The power goes out nearly once a week, in perfect weather conditions all year round. I have used this power company for nearly 3 years, has been having these power outages this frequently for the entire duration.
