They excel at lip service instead of actually focusing on problem orientation. Moreover, after waiting for customer service for five minutes, no one answered and the phone system terminated the call. Excellent.
How many times are you going to have equipment failures in one month? Can never get any work done.
It is 9:30 am on a sunny and beautiful day Friday in April and they randomly cut off power to my whole neighborhood and god only knows where else. Absolute incompetence. Completely inexcusable.
This is the worst power company to ever exist. Complete garbage. I moved out to the KP 4 years ago and I have lost count of the amount of times we’ve had power outages here. It is always on the clearest and sunniest of days. If you plan to use this company or have no other choice but to use them like I do, I would 100% invest in a generator for your home. You will get your moneys worth out of the generator in under a year. I guarantee it. What an embarrassment.
We have lived here for 10 years and in the last two years we have had more outages than the entire 10 years. Why is that? Some have lasted for hours. Now it's out again. Beautiful day. No clouds or wind. Equipment getting old? People being careless? Or is it SO MUCH BEING BUILT around here your not able to keep up. It needs to change.
