We moved here just over two years ago and since we work from home, we insisted, and told the realtors and seller, that we COULD NOT have a situation where the power goes our regularly and we lose internet... Oh, we were told we've only lost power once in three years, you will be fine. Not so. Within three months the power blew off six times on Fox Island and the internet with it. I deal with a lot of utility, government, and consumer agencies. I must say, most seem to have attitude, short, and disrespectful. This is not the case with Pen light. Everytime I talk to them, they are so friendly and accommodating. Very refreshing in today's society. Please continue with this wonderful attitude
No updates for when people will get power back. Have been without power since 9:00 a.m. yesterday, all of our food in the fridge and freezers is wasted. They need to have some sort of repair status instead of posting on Facebook, not everyone has Facebook. The point fosdick area absolutely needs to have the trees trimmed or the power put underground, this is ridiculous
We were the first to report an outage and they have spent all day restoring other peoples power. They still havent sent anyone and its been almost 12 hours
It’s been 3 hours and I’ve called 2 times for no update or changes. My power is still out.
