I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Pen Light. They are so DILIGENT and hardworking whenever power outages occur. Recently, 3 vehicles crashed into their power poles within a 24 hour period and they were ON TOP OF IT! They left detailed updates on their Facebook page, updated the outage map, and COMMUNICATED. Other times when power from Tacoma Power is cut (where our power comes from), they are on the ball with getting it restored to the area as soon as they are able. They excel at lip service instead of actually focusing on problem orientation. Moreover, after waiting for customer service for five minutes, no one answered and the phone system terminated the call. Excellent.
How many times are you going to have equipment failures in one month? Can never get any work done.
It is 9:30 am on a sunny and beautiful day Friday in April and they randomly cut off power to my whole neighborhood and god only knows where else. Absolute incompetence. Completely inexcusable.
