I deal with a lot of utility, government, and consumer agencies. I must say, most seem to have attitude, short, and disrespectful. This is not the case with Pen light. Everytime I talk to them, they are so friendly and accommodating. Very refreshing in today's society. Please continue with this wonderful attitude
No updates for when people will get power back. Have been without power since 9:00 a.m. yesterday, all of our food in the fridge and freezers is wasted. They need to have some sort of repair status instead of posting on Facebook, not everyone has Facebook. The point fosdick area absolutely needs to have the trees trimmed or the power put underground, this is ridiculous
We were the first to report an outage and they have spent all day restoring other peoples power. They still havent sent anyone and its been almost 12 hours
It’s been 3 hours and I’ve called 2 times for no update or changes. My power is still out.
Terrible customer service. Power constantly goes out because they will not trim trees around power lines. When the power does go out, they WILL NOT give us updates or an ETA of when repairs will be complete
