It was an incredible introduction appointment! Very thorough, very educational, and I genuinely felt like Dr. Wallace wanted to help, not just with the exam, but my health long term! EDIT: Oh my goodness, I was just thinking of the exam itself, but afterwards my spouse and I were assisted by the wonderful Venus who I must thank as well!! I chose frames that were a bit more bold than I’m used to, and she validated my decision which I greatly appreciated! All the staff there seem so personable and lovely!
