Phoned to make inquiry re product not detailed on their website. "Please Hold'-CLICK. They lost me as a customer after being on hold for approaching 15 minutes. Poor Customer Service - the person on hold cannot see if you are busy. Someone (office suport people?) should be assisting getting to those callers.

Bought their premium soil in 2024. Unfortunately all my garden veggies died of fusarium wilt. Impossible to know if the fungus came from their soil but it was the only new soil added. Wonder if anyone else had this problem occur?
