We purchased a peptide EIA from them to measure angiotensin 1-7. In the hands of an expert technician, even the standard control didn't work. The entire plate (including the blank, but excluding the standards) turned blue at the same rate regardless of dilution. When we approached the technical service (who appears to be the same as the CEO, Damir Vldobic), he flatly refused to troubleshoot or take any responsibility.
