La alberca no está climatizada. El WiFi jamás funcionó, el elevador estuvo 2 días sin funcionar. El restaurante no sirve café a la hora de la comida... Front desk no resuelve nada. Me decepcionó.

The best hotel in South Padre Island. The rooms are very spacious,the pool is amazing an heated so you could enjoy it even during the winter. All the personal was very helpful.
Beware if you book your room through any discount service you receive no maid service or any-other service you would expect to receive at a resort. Very poor service unconcerning staff
