Unprofessional, rude, didn't explain anything, rushed the procedure, and walked out without saying much. He said here is the lidocaine and 10 seconds later very rushed and unexplained just starts shoving needles in my neck. Treated it like a routine instead of a new patient that needed actual care and understanding. 7 hours later I am writing this and still feel like I'm being stabbed over and over again in my neck.
