We completed a knock down rebuild with Peninsula homes this year and we couldn’t be happier with that very decision. They were involved from the start, helping to develop plans with our draftsperson, ensuring that the ideas developed were practical and within our allocated budget. We wanted to knock down our existing home and replace it with a duplex. We canvassed many building companies but Peninsula Homes stood out from the crowd. Paul Ackling and his team have expertly and efficiently provided us with a custom design for our block that met all council requirements. Their attention to our application resulted in a much faster DA approval than we had anticipated. We are very excited for the build that will commence next month.
