Sleep study was completed in October and device was ordered immediately after study. Peninsula advised the item was ordered. I called again in December and was told the item was still in shipping. In early Jan they advised the item arrived and was stored at their facility and their worker on site would be in touch to schedule pickup and insurance billing. I called again one week later afyer not receiving a call and was advised by a snarky discourteous owner that the machine was not in stock and had to be placed with a bulk o... read more

My wife needed compression socks. Chris helped her one day and Steve helped her the next day. One of the most customer service business we’ve been to. I give them 5 stars and very high marks. I’m surprised at the negative reviews I’ve seen. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Very unorganized place
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. AGAINST MY RIGHTS KIM WENT ONLINE AND GOT MY MEDICAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTED IT TO MY INSURANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THE OWNER “Chris” TOLD ME THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO DO THIS. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT CARE ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT I WAS SAYING AND THAT KIM SAID SHE DID NOT DO IT WHEN I HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND MY DR OFFICE HAS HER PROOF TOO.
