We had a split AC installed. The boys arrived on time, worked non stop, they cleaned up every bit of their mess, put a drop sheet down to collect dust etc from the installation of the indoor unit. Their work was to a very high standard. We will be using them again and thoroughly recommend them.

12 months ago PHC&E installed a 14.5 kW reverse cycle ducted system under our Mt Eliza home. For the most part everything went to plan, until we discovered a considerable amount of moisture collecting under the house, giving us the false sense that we had a plumbing issue. What we had was an AC unit whose condensation outflow was just dripping in to the ground and was never connected to the mains outflow. Eventually the issue was rectified, but not until after there was enough moisture in the ground to affect 2 of the stumps... read more
