Excellent service on a warranty item when I contacted them 5 years after the installation. Excellent communication and response to the issue and no questions at all about returning to repair the following day. This level of accountability and rectification is so rare these days and I’m so grateful for the honesty and integrity of this company.

The whole process was not only faultless but this company operates in a very professional manner but with genuine warmth and friendliness. Sensational service. After having PHCE instal a Split System in my Living Room back in July 2017, I had every confidence to contact them to install one in my Primary Bedroom.
