12 months ago PHC&E installed a 14.5 kW reverse cycle ducted system under our Mt Eliza home. For the most part everything went to plan, until we discovered a considerable amount of moisture collecting under the house, giving us the false sense that we had a plumbing issue. What we had was an AC unit whose condensation outflow was just dripping in to the ground and was never connected to the mains outflow. Excellent service on a warranty item when I contacted them 5 years after the installation. Excellent communication and response to the issue and no questions at all about returning to repair the following day. This level of accountability and rectification is so rare these days and I’m so grateful for the honesty and integrity of this company.

The whole process was not only faultless but this company operates in a very professional manner but with genuine warmth and friendliness. The electricians working with their apprentices were clear and concise in their instructions to them as well as treating them with respect and understanding. Sensational service. After having PHCE instal a Split System in my Living Room back in July 2017, I had every confidence to contact them to install one in my Primary Bedroom.
