Tom was absolutely amazing! He answered my call on the first try and made the trip to our home in Baileys Harbor - despite the recent snowfall. Our furnace’s heating element had gone out, and he made time right away to help. He quickly assessed the issue, explained our options, and had everything up and running again in no time. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and truly goes above and beyond. We will absolutely recommend him and will be using him again for any future heating (or cooling) needs!

Simply the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. What a pleasure. Excellent communication, top notch work Installing new ductwork, air conditioning, whole house dehumidifier in our 60 year old beach house with a crawl space. Called Tom with an issue with my 3 year old A/C unit. Unexpectedly, Tom said he happened to be working in my area and could stop by in a couple hours. Never expected service that quick. Tom checked my unit, found the issue, fixed it, and we were back up and running. We highly recommend Tom. He was fast, knows his stuff and is reasonably priced.
