Simply the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. What a pleasure. Excellent communication, top notch work Installing new ductwork, air conditioning, whole house dehumidifier in our 60 year old beach house with a crawl space. Called Tom with an issue with my 3 year old A/C unit. Unexpectedly, Tom said he happened to be working in my area and could stop by in a couple hours. Never expected service that quick. Tom checked my unit, found the issue, fixed it, and we were back up and running. We highly recommend Tom. He was fast, knows his stuff and is reasonably priced.
This company and workers are caring, and responsible. They have now done work on 2 of my properties for us. Their bids are honestly competitive, and complete. They show up when they say they will , and are always willing to answer questions. They were willing to show up on a weekend for an emergency furnace issue when no one else would. This was my first call to them, so I was not their customer yet!!!
Fast, efficient service when we really needed it during the hot summer. Would highly recommend.
